GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

  • Stairway constructed from standard components, designed and modified for the local conditions and in accordance with currently valid safety standards. It may be "SELF-SUPPORTING" (mounted on colunms) or "SUSPENDED" (mounted on brackets).
  • Modular, simply bolt together, just like meccano.
  • Supplied ready-to-assemble with parts list (designed for export).
  • Various models of guard rail available, anti-slip treads.

CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS USED

  • The stairway is constructed from extruded aluminium alloy profiles and assembled using stainless steel fasteners.
  • Finish: matt anodised aluminium.

DIMENSIONS AND WEIGHTS

  • Possible inclination: 37°, 42°, 45°. (Other inclinations on request)
  • Clear width of flights: 600 to 1000 mm (greater width on request)
  • Weight: One-third the weight of similar steel design.

MECHANICAL PROPERTIES

  • Designed to withstand an imposed load of 500 kg/m2.

OPTIONS

  • In addition to the standard guard rail another rail can be fitted to improve security for children.
  • May be factory painted before delivery in a variety of colours.
  • The asthetic aspect may be improved by additional cladding enclosing the staircase.
  • An anti-climb flight can be supplied if required.

GUARANTEE

  • 10 Years.
  • References, calculation basis and AIB.L38/00074 test report by request.
